Requesting LPC coordinate security services through Upper Kirby District Patrol (quote to be provided). A minimum of one officer is required per 300 attendees, double if alcohol is present.

Securing certified medical personnel (minimum one First Aid and CPR certified individual)

Securing portable toilets for event (minimum one per 300 guests, 10% handicap accessible) Requesting use of Levy Park restrooms at determined rate for supplies and maintenance

Parking

Utilizing privately managed Kirby Grove parking garage at determined rate (LPC will coordinate) Valet services Providing off-site parking plan for attendees Requesting use of more than 5 park spaces for event production

Cleanup
